Over 30 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Human Resources Operation and Project Management.  Served a multinational technological company as Regional Director of HR Operation and VP of HR Operation Asia Pacific and Country Head of Malaysia Business Unit for a Multinational Outsourcing company for 15 years. Has regional team presence in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, India, Singapore, and Australia supporting 16 countries in the Asia Pacific.

Vast experience in managing various critical projects spanning from global operational migration, new business unit establishment, business, operational and site consolidation, business expansion, and global IT application migration and rollout. All the above project management had encompassed the entire project lifecycle. It also involved talent acquisition and readiness, governance, technical and physical infrastructure readiness, and all it takes for successful project implementation.
