Raj has more than twenty five (25) years’ experience in Human Resources field and his last role in corporate world was as a Regional HR Director for Asia Pacific and he and his team has supported countries like South. Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippine, Australia and New Zealand. The industry segments that Raj has served includes Oil & Gas, Industrial Automation, Mining, Electronics/ ICTs industry, Banking and Financial Institutions and Automotive industries with employees in certain of these companies numbering close to 8000 employees.
Since May 2018, has founded a company called Talent Hut PLT and providing HR Services to Multinational and Small Medium Enterprise. Please refer to table on the next page on the services provided by Talent Hut. Raj has also had “hands on” working experience in different life cycles of organization such as
- Setting up new business including drafting the business case and obtaining the approval from relevant parties/authorities
- “Merger and Integration” of two different organizations with different cultures into one entity
- Rightsizing the workforce and closure of businesses.
